MP testing and measurement systems are an integral part of your business processes. We have therefore matched our service and support to your requirements.

Master parts containing defects of controlled dimensions allow us to prepare the equipment for testing and ensure proper test coverage.  Natural defects are not suitable for this purpose as each one is unique and challenging to create or reproduce. 

MP can introduce reference defects for surface inspection using the die-sinking EDM process.  Our standard procedure is to create reference defects to national and international standards, or customer specifications if they exist.  Each reference part we produce is then measured and certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 quality standards.  If required, we can also engrave or laser mark each part for improved traceability.

We ensure professional installation and commissioning of new instruments and systems, and provide customer training.

Regular calibration is essential to maintaining the high quality of the testing and measurement results and to ensure protection against claims for recourse.

Our calibration service includes testing the MP instruments for faultless operation. We can calibrate the electrical conductivity of the measuring instruments with traceability to PTB and NPL.

Should you ever encounter a problem, we will carry out your repairs without delay. The repairs can be done on your premises or here in Reutlingen, depending on the nature of the problem.

Regular and skilled maintenance significantly increases the measuring accuracy and service life of your instrument. We can provide this maintenance on your premises, replace wear parts and run software updates.
